Job Description:

Priority Software is seeking an experienced development team lead to join our Supply Chain Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge supply chain management solutions using Priority ERP. We are looking for a motivated team player with a strong background in Priority ERP Supply Chain solution, fintech experience, and exceptional leading and managerial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA working on business modules within the Priority ERP ecosystem.

• Manage development in both C/C++ and Priority ERP’s SDK, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and oversee implementation.

• Drive the design and development of supply chain management features, optimizing business processes within the ERP system.

• Foster team growth, ensuring continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and best practices in development.

• Oversee code reviews, system architecture decisions, and overall development quality.

• Work closely with other R&D teams, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.

• Stay updated with Priority ERP updates, trends, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.

• Manage development timelines, resource allocation, and project deliverables.

• Drive innovation and improvements in ERP customization, integrations, and business logic.
