Manage accounts receivable bookkeeping for both domestic and international customers
Issue invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes
Monitor incoming payments and ensure timely collections
Perform customer account reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records using the Priority ERP system
Handle ongoing customer account maintenance, including debt tracking and collection
Work with service agreements and respond to client inquiries
Support monthly financial closing activities
Take ownership of AR bookkeeping and collection processes
Work efficiently and accurately in a dynamic environment
