WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?
Define and execute the product roadmap for an AI chatbot platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and optimization.
Work closely with development teams to implement Agile methodologies and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct market research and user analysis to identify key features and improvements.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
Proactively identify and resolve obstacles, demonstrating initiative and a solution-oriented mindset.


Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or defense sector.
Proven ability to deliver complex products with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of chatbot technologies and machine learning concepts.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.
Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking.
Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate effectively with team members.
Nice-to-Have:
Knowledge of military systems and workflows.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a secure environment.
