Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SRE Team Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our production systems. You will lead a team of talented engineers, acting as a key driver in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our critical infrastructure. Your responsibilities will span both Site Reliability Engineering and Network Operations Center functions, requiring a strong technical foundation, exceptional leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- SRE: Oversee technology rollouts, lead incident response, monitor performance, manage infrastructure upgrades and release flow, and maintain the staging environment.
- NOC: Develop playbooks and monitoring dashboards, and manage alerts and incident resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SRE/DevOps roles and team management experience.
- Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of our tech stack, including: Jenkins, TF, Ansible, Bash, Python, and AWS. Familiarity with Argo is a plus.
- Expertise in system monitoring and incident management tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience in a NOC role is an advantage.
