We are seeking a dynamic, open minded, Hands-on System Engineer to join our R&D team with emphasize on demo’s and POC executions. If you are passionate about pushing boundaries and developing and integrating multidisciplinary Computer Vision AI solutions, at challenging environments, we are the place for you!
As a System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading quick bring ups for proof of concept events, with tight schedule and vast challenges. driving the design adaptation, integration in the lab and field of our most innovative solutions.
In your day-to-day you'll
• Perform the systems engineering and lead the development activities in the integration and deployment of our innovative solutions in multiple domains, including aerospace, industry 4.0 and more.
Features development, integration and testing in the lab and in the field, up to a successful execution in the customer site.
• Perform and deliver, while collaborating closely with the Business Project Manager.
• Collaborate as an integral part of cross-functional team of engineers including - embedded and cloud software engineers, hardware engineers, electro optics specialists, algorithms researchers, and product managers to define system requirements, specifications, and design.
• Develop and maintain system-level documentation, including architecture diagrams, interface control documents, test plans, technical reports, internally and in front of customers.
• Lead sub contractors to meet both requirements and timelines.
Requirements
To excel in this role, we need you to have
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Aeronautics/ Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 5+ years of hands-on experience in leading systems engineering activities of complex multidisciplinary systems, with a focus on embedded systems, aerospace, AI and computer vision.
• Experience working directly with customers and representing the company interests in front of them.
• Great system view and understanding of user needs transformation to requirements and design.
• Independent and open minded.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and insights to diverse stakeholders, including executives, engineers, customers, and partners.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Hard worker with a can-do approach, who loves to be hands on.
You can stand out from the crowd if you are
• Hands-on development experience with image/video processing based systems, Edge AI systems, IoT devices, and camera sensors, combined with cloud based systems.
• Hands on experience with NVIDIA based products and linux.
