Dr. Fischer Group is looking for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing Division.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with agency-side experience (advertising, digital, PR, or production) who are looking to take the next step and move to brand management on the client side.
This exciting role includes full-cycle brand management – from product development and packaging design to launching products, building brand strategies, managing digital and social media campaigns, medical marketing, PR activities, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional processes with R&D, sales, trade, manufacturing, and external partners (advertising, design, digital).
Develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.
Manage multiple projects and ensure flawless execution from concept to launch.
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a marketing-related role: advertising agency, PR, digital, production, or similar.
BA in Business Administration, Communications, Management, Economics, Life Sciences, or equivalent from a recognized university/college.
MBA – an advantage.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and high motivation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The position is located at the company’s offices near the Givat Shmuel junction, close to Road 4 and the Coca-Cola factories.
