Odysight.AI is a dynamic start-up company disrupting the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) markets with its visualization and AI platform, providing video sensor-based solutions for critical systems in the aviation, transportation, and energy industries. We are seeking a skilled Hardware integrator, with hands on capabilities, to be part of the development and integration of our core products. If you are passionate about pushing boundaries and developing and integrating multidisciplinary Computer Vision AI solutions, at challenging environments, we are the place for you!

This role involves assembling, integrating, and testing electronic, electro-optical, and mechanical components for the company’s core components.

As an integrator you will work closely with engineers to ensure seamless system functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and support qualification testing. 

In your day-to-day you'll
• Assemble electronic, electro-optical, and mechanical components into fully functional systems.
• Perform wiring, soldering, and PCB population as needed.
• Install and configure sensors, processors, and power systems in prototype and production units.
• Perform environmental and qualification tests, such as thermal, vibration, and EMI/EMC testing. 
• Conduct functional tests on assembled hardware to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and optical integration issues.
• Work with engineers to improve system robustness and optimize performance.
• Provide feedback to design teams for product improvements and manufacturability.
• Support field testing and deployment of hardware in real-world conditions.

Requirements
To excel in this role, we need you to have
• Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in Electronics, or a related field. 
• Experience working with electro-optical systems, embedded electronics, or imaging devices.
• Strong hands-on experience with PCB assembly, wiring, and soldering.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, circuit testing, and troubleshooting tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly, connectors, and enclosure integration.
• Experience with environmental and reliability testing procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Hard worker with a can-do approach, who loves to be hands on.

You can stand out from the crowd if you are
• Hands-on development experience with image/video processing based systems, Edge AI systems, IoT devices, and camera sensors, combined with cloud based systems.
• With deep understanding of defense and aerospace systems, including avionics and the associated avionics certification processes (Environmental/EMC Qualification, Airworthiness, RAMS, etc.)
