We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for design and the ability to lead processes and drive innovation. 

This is a highly impactful role with full ownership of the design language for Cal's digital assets (mobile apps and web app), including end to end design processes- from UX to UI.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Creating smart, simple, and advanced user experiences.

• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure designs meet user needs and company goals.

• Solving complex challenges and developing creative solutions while maintaining high UX and UI standards.

• Managing work interfaces with external studios and vendors, ensuring quality and consistency with the design system.

• Providing professional guidance and aligning external deliverables with internal processes.

• This is an independent, influential role that requires creativity, leadership, and experience designing app based products.
