Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
• Native or fluent Hebrew – must speak and write Hebrew.
• Previous experience with Priority products, other ERP systems, or complex software products-an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, active listening skills, positive attitude, and a strong service mindset.
• Strong computer literacy and technical orientation.
• High level of responsibility, diligence, and self-learning ability.
• Strong analytical thinking and efficient problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree or relevant experience in Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, Logistics, or Accounting.
• Previous experience in technical customer support or helpdesk.
• Experience working with SQL queries and databases.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (SaaS / AWS / Azure).
• Ability to analyse logs and troubleshoot systematically.
• Experience in training or guiding users.
