Description
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with a strong technological orientation, who is interested in joining the world of information systems and ERP and becoming part of Priority Software’s professional support team.
The role includes providing professional support for the Payroll module in the Priority system, accompanying customers, analyzing and resolving issues, and implementing solutions from the characterization and setup stages through to go-live.
The candidate is required to combine strong technical skills, in-depth system knowledge, and a courteous, service-oriented approach.

Candidates may also apply without previous experience with the Priority system. We provide training and guidance throughout the entire learning process. The training process spans several months.

Requirements
Previous work experience as a Payroll Specialist — mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
Patience, active listening, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help.
Strong technological orientation and ability to learn information systems.
Diligence, self-learning abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to solve complex problems efficiently and quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
Good English proficiency.
Significant Advantage For Candidates With
Previous experience with Priority products or other ERP systems.
Experience in providing customer service and support.
Experience in implementation, system rollout, or user guidance in payroll systems.
Experience working with reporting interfaces to authorities, such as National Insurance, Income Tax, pension providers, and others.
Experience in training users or delivering professional training sessions.
