Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our professional Support team. In this role, you will provide high-quality service and technical support to our customers – hotels in Israel and abroad – and serve as a key link between our clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Provide phone support and service to customers (hotels in Israel and internationally)
Diagnose technical issues, document cases, and guide users toward effective solutions
Deliver training and ongoing guidance to customers on proper system usage (both remotely and on-site at the customer’s location)
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including QA testers, developers, and product managers, to ensure comprehensive customer support
Work from our company offices, full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 08:30–17:30
Requirements
Previous experience in technical support or customer service in the field of information systems – required
Strong technological orientation and solid process understanding
Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and quick learning capability
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or relevant professional certification – advantage
Familiarity with databases (SQL) – advantage
